EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER SIZE/MODEL

You can exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it. An exchange for a different size or model is of course no problem. You can easily download the return label using the following steps:

1) Initiate your exchange through our portal using your order number and e-mail adress > click here
(Please note that the order number must start with a #, for example: #3456)

2) Pack your item securely in its original packaging. Please make sure the item is in good condition and unworn.

3) Print and attach the return label that got sent to you via the return portal.

4) Drop off your package at the nearest shipping location.

5) Once you have dropped off the parcel, please send a proof of return to return.exchange@nuoceans.com indicating your new size/model and our customer service will create a new order for you.

RETURN FOR A REFUND

You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. Returns are at your own cost, as we believe in mindful shopping and aim to reduce unnecessary waste from fast fashion. We do offer one free exchange (see above). Please note the following:

2) Pack your item securely in its original packaging. Please make sure the item is in good condition and unworn.

3) Print and attach the return label that got sent to you via the return portal.

4) Drop off your package at the nearest shipping location.

5) Once the package has arrived in our warehouse, we will check the condition of the items and process your refund (this usually happens with 14 business days, but in some cases it might take a little longer). Purchase amount minus the return shipping costs.

To simplify our returns process, a flat return fee of 7 € applies to all returns requested from 3 June 2026 onwards.

Returns requested on or before 2 June 2026 will be charged according to the country-specific rates below:

Austria: from 7.82 €
Belgium: from 5.63 €
France: from 9.63 €
Germany: from 5.74 €
Netherlands: from 6.24 €
Italy: from 7.23 €
Portugal: from 7.15 €
