This is how returns work
You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. Returns are at your own cost, as we believe in mindful shopping and aim to reduce unnecessary waste from fast fashion. We do offer one free exchange. Please note the following:

Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
Print and attach the return label we send you.
Drop off your package at the nearest shipping location.
Once the package has arrived in our warehouse, we process your refund (this usually happens with 14 business days, but in some cases it might take a little longer).
