Legal Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
No return label is included in the parcel: we will send it to you by email upon request.

Free Exchange
Each customer is entitled to one free exchange (size, colour, etc.). In this case, return shipping costs are covered by Nuoceans.
Return Fees Without Exchange (2026 Rates)
If you request a refund without an exchange, return fees apply and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
To simplify our returns process, a flat return fee of 7 € applies to all return requests submitted from 3 June 2026 onwards.
For return requests submitted on or before 2 June 2026, the following country-specific return fees apply:
Austria: from 7.82 €
Belgium: from 5.63 €
France: from 9.63 €
Germany: from 5.74 €
Netherlands: from 6.24 €
Italy: from 7.23 €
Portugal: from 7.15 €
Spain: from 5.72 €
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the condition of the items before processing the refund. This usually takes up to 14 business days, sometimes slightly longer.
The refunded amount corresponds to the purchase price minus the return shipping fees, and will be refunded to the original payment method used to purchase the item(s).
