About Us: Now that’s out of the way, let us tell you a bit about the backstory in making them: When we dreamt up adding socks to our range, we thought it'd be a more of a breeze. The startup life, right? It turned into a journey of materials, durability tests, and ethical manufacturing.

After speaking to various manufacturing and consulting with fashion buffs, we hit a bump. Turns out, recycled materials, though sturdy for most gear, aren't sock heroes. We looked into alternatives like bamboo, combed cotton, Tencel, and many more each having its quirks, creating a rainbow of options.

A lightbulb moment? Certifying these alternatives for sustainability was trickier than expected. However, we got there in the end with our ethical, sustainable partner in Portugal. At the heart of the Cosy Combo Crew is 75% organic cotton, 22% polyamide, and 3% elastane. And guess what? We tossed in an extra layer of cushioning for max comfort, warmth, and extra durability.
